Pricing FAQ

What's included in the 14-day free trial?
Full platform access at the Enterprise tier — every feature, unlimited buildings, unlimited users. No credit card required. At the end of 14 days you choose a plan or your account pauses (no data is lost).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year and save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
What counts as a 'building'?
Each condominium corporation or property address counts as one building. Common-element condominiums and phased condominiums each count as one building per registered plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and can be cancelled at renewal.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit condominium corporations?
Contact us to discuss options. We work with self-managed boards and can provide tailored pricing for individual condominium corporations managing their own properties.
